While the world focuses on medals and moments, we’re focused on something else.

Arwen is making sure the online conversations around hundreds of Winter Olympic and Paralympic athletes stay safe, inclusive and worth taking part in.

For athletes, the Games don’t just play out on snow and ice. Every race, routine and result is followed instantly by thousands of comments. Some are supportive and joyful. Others are critical. Too many will sadly cross the line into abuse, dehumanisation or threats. And when that happens, it doesn’t just affect the individual athlete. It changes the tone of the entire space and who feels able to show up in it.

That’s why, quietly and continuously, Arwen will be working every minute of the Olympics and Paralympics. While events unfold across time zones, we’re protecting athletes and the communities around them in real time. Removing harmful comments before they spread. Reducing the impact of coordinated abuse. Making sure fans can celebrate, debate and connect without being pushed out by toxicity.

This protection isn’t about silencing opinion or passion. Sport thrives on emotion and disagreement. It’s about drawing a clear line between healthy conversation and harm, and holding that line consistently, even when attention is at its peak.

Because followers deserve spaces where they can cheer, question and belong. Athletes deserve to compete without online abuse becoming part of the cost of participation. And moments that bring the world together shouldn’t be overshadowed by behaviour that drives people away.

While the spotlight stays on the podium, we’ll stay focused on the conversations. Every minute. For everyone.
